Anyhoo. I have gotten into several conversations with just about anyone who will listen to me ramble about the men that I find physically repulsive.
This dates back to the 90s. Even as a teenager I had an aversion to certain men that a lot of the mass public found attractive. There have been others to come onto the scene since the original:

The answer is yes, actually.
Insert exhibit B. Yes, he dated Blake Lively who is one of the hottest girls in the history of everdom, but that CHEST HAIR. And his shockingly feminine cheekbones. Good for Blake for upgrading from one of the least attractive to one of the most attractive.
As vomit-inducing as Penn Badgely's chest hair is, he is still not the most phyically repulsive man in the world.
The honor goes to Russell Brand, who is so vile and disgusting that if my options were him or the extinction of the human race, I would tell the world that it's better off without humans. Everytime I even hear his name, I flash back to the scene in Forgetting Sarah Marshall where he is singing "Inside of You" to Kristen Bell and I throw up in my mouth. Attention Katy Perry - you are so much better off girl.

Hahaha, those guys are pretty gross. I'm not repulsed by Penn Badgely but I'd much rather bang Chuck. Not the British guy who plays him, but the character.
ReplyDeleteAlso, Russel Brand is gross and I know you hate him, but I think he's SO funny in his movies. Get Me to the Greek is classic.
I agree with the first two, but I find Brand weirdly intriguing. Not like I want to jump on his std-infested lap, but in a "I want to go out and party with you all night" kind of way. Plus, I really do love some of his stand up. Off humor is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI like Penn and something about Brand intrigues me. I think he's hilarious too. Kid Rock...oh God, I can feel an STD oozing through the screen just looking at his picture. Guy Fieri is pretty skeevy too. Add him to this list!
ReplyDeleteYou know my feelings on all of the above, but Bachelor #2 is his own special kind of repulsive to me. That long, wiry chest hair, the weird teeth, the stupid hair and that way he manages to be smug and stupid at the same time.... I always want to slap that smarmy smirk off his stupid face.

I don't have an issue with Penn Badgley at all. I thought he looked really good in Easy A, but obviously he had his chest hair under control in that one. I'd just make him wax it and we'd be good to go.
ReplyDeleteRussell Brand icks me out though. I think he's funny and all, but I just want to take him out to the yard and hose him down. Does the man not shower ever? Because seriously, filth isn't a look. He needs to stop that.
